Domūs Houthaven – compact living, big life

Domūs consists of 235 modern rental apartments of approximately 40 to 60 m². Every home has a smart layout that makes the most of each square metre. At the heart of the home is the smart living core: a clever combination of kitchen, bathroom, storage space and sleeping unit in one. The sleeping unit can be closed off, so the space feels like a fully fledged living or dining room during the day, and you have your own sleeping area at night.

All apartments come with PVC flooring, curtains, ceiling lighting and a fully equipped kitchen, so your home is ready to move into straight away. Every home has windows that open, so you can always let in fresh air.

Domūs is designed with the future in mind. The homes have energy label A++, and smart, modular built-in solutions make optimal use of space while also using materials responsibly. Here you live comfortably, smartly and sustainably.
