In collaboration with V8 Architects and others, the originally office building has been transformed into a place where it is good to come home. The 58 high quality finished apartments will be completed in 2021 and all have a private outdoor space and a communal bicycle storage with charging facilities for your bicycle.

Energy neutral design
Benefit from low energy costs due to the sustainable construction method, high-quality insulating materials, windmill on the roof and use of solar panels. Verto is almost energy neutral! The apartments are energy efficient homes with a living area ranging from 66 to 119 m² and an outdoor area located on the south, east or north. Also, the 4th floor (building numbers 45-46 to 45-58) has access to the solar panels on the roof which may ensure that with normal use the meter stays at 0.

Finishing and execution
The homes with private outdoor space are luxuriously fitted with underfloor heating and laminate flooring.
